With a myriad of food choices at Scotia Square, I choose Ray's as it offered less than mainstream food.
Kafta Kabob Platter includes rice, potatoes, and salad. I didn't ask if it is only ground beef or a combination of ground beef and lamb but the middle eastern flavors definitely hit the spot. I could eat this every day. I haven't figured out exactly what combination of spices makes these so addictive. Is it cumin, allspice, coriander, cinnamon? The meat is on the lean side and a slightly fattier blend would have been more to my palate's liking. An extra Kabob would have been grand.
The potatoes are ordinary but the savory rice combination is flavorful. I lack the palate to identify the ingredients.
