Beavertails is a Canadian chain selling fried dough stretched into an aptly named beavertail shape. Don't you know it's a Canadian staple, eh?
The basic Cinnamon Sugar beavertail. Hot, crispy, chewy, airy and surprisingly non greasy. It was gone all too quickly. A great tasty pastry for a chilly June day but with a too high tourist trap price of $4.75.
