Hong Kong Wok is located in the Hilldale Shopping Center. While it is fast food, finding a mom and pop operation in a mall was unexpected and unexpectedly good. Hong Wong Wok offers authentic Chinese food and it was packed with Chinese clientele. You know what they say about finding good Chinese restaurants or any restaurant for that matter.
It's not the best congee I've had but it's very competitive and one of the very few restaurants in Madison that does offer it. The mantou by association makes it better.
