Three layovers in Minneapolis gave me three opportunities to try French Meadow.
The first time I stopped in, I ordered the Grilled Rachel, which was one of the worst assembled pricey restaurant sandwiches I had ever had.
I figured I would never stop in again but I gave them another shot and tried the Chicken Breast sandwich, which was on the other end of the spectrum and one of the top airport meals I've had to date.
2/3/13, 12:30 PM. I figured I should give the Grilled Rachel another shot and I was glad I did. It's all in the preparation and the cook on duty put some effort into it the preparation unlike the perfunctory first cook. This was grilled and not merely slapped together.
Prices are certainly higher than street.
