It’s not a self serve buffet but it is all you can eat. Check off on the paper menu all you want to eat. Then they bring it to you faster than you can eat. Eat everything you order or they’ll charge you for waste.
Below are four of the approximate sixteen dishes ordered.
Salmon flower sushi and shrimp sushi. Sushi is categorized one of Japan’s national dishes. I enjoyed this but it had too much rice to slow me down.
Sashimi – white tuna, mackerel, white fish? I haven’t had enough of these particular fishes up to this point to say whether this was below par, par, premium or world class. I'm sure it's not world class. I'm sure it's not premium. So if it was par, then I can do without these particular fish as sashimi.
Overall most of it was good to very good. Very good but not great.
Word of advice: Order a smaller number of dishes. Take your time.
