The giant pretzel is slightly crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. It's the way it should be. I used only one of the dipping sauces and it was the greenish one with a radish or wasabi like bite that provided a disagreeable odd sensation for me.
The plethora of pizza variation means pizza is their signature offering. I'm not in the mood for pizza but it seems the way to go.
The Chicagoland sounds like a slice of Chicago but the giardiniera, if you can even call it that, used here doesn't enhance the flavor overall but brings heat that isn't the welcome type.
