CLOSED 2022(?) - actually not a true closure but REBRANDED from Cai Seafood to Imperial Restaurant.

It's bad feng shui and business to be the upper level.  A number of store fronts are shuttered.  You don't see that on the ground level.  But if you run a good business and offer good food and decent prices, they will come.

The Beef and Bean Curd Hot Pot is overly salty and not stewed long enough.  The chicken feet is likewise in the same boat.  Thinks looked much brighter when the Char Sui Cheung Fun arrived.

Decent Fried Dumplings, Garlic Pork, and Meatballs.  Much better than the opening two acts. 

Nice, clean, and very respectable service for a Chinese restaurant.  It deserves the business it receives.
