Sometimes it hard to judge a restaurant by a single meal especially if that meal isn't so traditional.
Bulgogi Burger with a Fried Egg. Bulgogi beef sliced deli style topped with fried kimchi and pepper jack cheese with a side of fries. This is a sloppy juicy burger tastes cohesive rather than having stand out flavors. It is a good burger yet I feel it doesn't represent what they can do with Korean food.
