This chain restaurant is bustling for a Monday evening. The parking lot is close to capacity. Why the popularity?If my entree is representative, it's because the food is moderate quality, well executed, and reasonably priced.The Grilled Whitefish came as this. I had expected fish with lighter colored seasoning. The seasoning tastes Cajun or possibly blackening season, even though I said I didn't want it today.
The white fish, whatever it is, is smooth textured. I like it but the cook could have toned down the salt.
I could return for more.
