I wouldn't anticipate it being popular for dinner takeout but it is doing decent business tonight.
Medium Wing Plate with Spicy Korean Q and Mild flavor. Looking at these two, I would believe the orange colored wings would be the spicier one but my buds felt more burned eating the brown colored wings. Both are decent, not earth shattering. The wings are fully cooked and not overcooked but lack flavor per se. The flavors seem to come from the sauce.
Odd as it may be, my favorite item is the flavorful Ranch Dressing. It's especially flavorful with the celery and carrots. It also tones down some of the heat of the wings. I don't know if they make their own Ranch Dressing but this chilled dressing is the best I've had. At least it was perfect this evening.
