I'm back in this strip mall and see a few new restaurants opened. This is one, open 9 days as of my visit. Its name hints of being a chain and I learn three exists in the GTA.
Mexican food prepared by Indians is still an incongruous concept to me. It will take some time to adjust.
Chicken Burrito Bowl. It's set up Subway style. Make your primary protein choice and then point to the items you want behind the counter. When done, she takes it back and places the protein on top. That chicken looks dry and frazzled. It is a little dry but tasty. Everything in the bowl is tasty but it tastes fusion Mexican Indian with the sauces used. I'm not sure what sauce they applied, especially the hot sauce that I asked she only put on a little. I like it but I wouldn't really can't categorize it as Mexican as it neither looks nor truly tastes that way.
I felt healthy eating this trayful.
