Hello Jasmine is one of a limited number of food stalls occupying the basement level of Richland Center which shows a lack of maintenance and upkeep. That gives pause to hygiene and food safety.
Popcorn Chicken. Ordered nonspicy. The chicken is made to order, hot, crispy, a high meat to batter ratio which is great, white meat. This is a quality dish, and I've learned it should be ordered spicy. I love the basil and the flavor it imparts to the chicken.
Roasted Oolong Milk Tea. Light, clear, refreshing, with a hint of bitterness and sweetness. My only complaint is that it's not cold enough on this warm humid day.
I'd return here for both items.
