All the red meat and animal protein is clogging up the intestines and colon. It's time to eat healthy or at least for one meal. So that what we did for the evening. And I'm surprised that the restaurant did brisk business this evening. And it's not just women dining here. Is that a sexist comment?
Che 3 Mau or che ba mau or three colored dessert. Che is the Vietnamese term for a sweet beverage. Red bean, soya bean, jelly, coconut milk with ice. Beautiful to behold but bean dessert seems like an oxymoron but trust me when I say the textures and tastes are fantastically right with this dessert. You know the saying try everything once? It applies here. You'll thank me.

SP1 Rau Cai Xao Ta. It was supposed to be SP1 but the kitchen mixed it up. No matter. It's not protein. This dish has little chance of converting me to a vegan.
