Chicago Chinatown isn't that big but start counting and walking and you'll find it likely has one of the greatest concentration of restaurants in Chicago. Great Wall is another Chinatown restaurant on the list to determine if it a keeper or a one night stand.
The Roasted Pork is too salty, and the flavor profile isn't what is typically expected. This ranks below average for me.
That chunk of Char Siu is about to be chopped and packaged for takeout. The char siu is in the middle of the bell curve. Nothing distinctive on neither end of the spectrum.
I can put Great Wall in the rear view mirror.
