It seemingly impossible to get a bad bowl of noodles in Japan. At worst, you get one that is average or bland but you won't get bad noodles.

 

This dish gets front of house advertising. I'm looking for some protein and this one provides it. It's still heavy with bean sprouts and noodles but the protein also gets equally proportioned. The noodles and bean sprouts complement each other. The pork is the crowning piece with anise/five spice sauce flavoring. Yummy tender.
