With a fancy sounding name in cursive, I anticipated above average airport food.
Bacon and Egg Breakfast Sandwich. It's premade. The person behind the counter picks it up with a pair of tongs and puts it in the reheat oven for a few minutes. Is it real egg? If not, consider me fooled. The egg is decent. The bacon is marginally decent. The best part is the bun with a crunchy exterior and pillowy interior. Yet someone all three seemingly decent ingredients didn't make for a cohesive package. Color me unimpressed and a non-repeat customer.
