I walk into a restaurants, I should anticipate the type of people likely to be present. In this case, I got it spot on. Middle middle class with some money and what most Americans use to aspire to be and have. That's the customers here.
It it a joint that Guy Fieri would visit?
BBQ Brisket. One of the first things I wondered if this was brisket or some other cut. I ashamed to say I couldn't tell but then can an expert beef man tell? I don't know.
The meat is tender and flavorful. No gristle or hard chomping needed here. The BBQ flavor/sauce is safe and mainstream. The mashed potatoes appear almost pureed but has some small chunks among the more liquid parts. I enjoyed the meal if not necessarily the lack of authenticity. It's a little pricey for what it is.
So would Guy visit here? I believe it is too mainstream for him to do so.
