What is Glaze? Fusion? Japanese? Northwest healthy? I don't know but it needs a stronger identity hook.
Seriously, how can you be out of chicken at noon time??? Who's in
charge of ordering the food and supplies? His chicken should be choked.
Begrudgingly we chose the pork in place of chicken.
The wait for the fast food is interminable for fast casual. To add insult to injury, when we get the food, it is lukewarm. The rice should be piping hot, assuming it comes out of a rice cooker. The pork is also lukewarm. The pork despite the grill marks is sans grill taste. It tastes like pork thrown into a cold pan and allowed to heated through to cook. Zero Maillard reaction. A little better than boiled pork but not much. The cook with do rag looks like he is part of a work release program and he must be learning how to cook. His voice as he barks out orders ready to pick up is prison booty call scary. B for effort with all the folks streaming in and getting impatient and D for execution. Or maybe I'm just all wrong and it is exactly the healthy cardboard taste intended.
Beautiful people with money but not a lot of taste. Us ugly people have taste but not a lot of money will spend it elsewhere.
