Ordered as takeout and eaten several hours later with some reheating, this was still very good. I can only imagine how it would have tasted straight from kitchen fresh.
The broth was reheated to boiling and then the rice dumped in. What a fantastic broth and rice combination. The chicken was eaten as is at room temperature because reheated would have destroyed any semblance of silky smoothness. The chicken was still soft but dried out. It too was flavorful.
Yes, this is one to repeat.
