Prohibition was featured on Diners Drive-Ins Dives Season 17 Episode 7 A Festival of Flavor originally aired June 17, 2013. The featured item was the short rib burger.
Meaty, beefy, seasoned through, tender with slight stringiness, sloppy. Complimented by the onions and tomatoes. More like beef stew minus the mirepoix. More than meets the eye. Don't call it a burger even though it's on a burger bun. A stick to the ribs meal.
