What:  Guava BBQ Short Ribs but unavailable during weekend brunch.

Air conditioning. It is either inoperative or nonexistent on this hot day. I can't wait to get outside as at least there's air movement.

Pressed Cubano.  This version differed from those I traditionally encounter. Buttery crispy bread.  Generous small slices of tender ham and roasted pork.  Assumed Swiss cheese fully melted.  Tart properly portioned pickles and coarse ground mustard.  A synergistic package where all components worked in unison.

Probability of returning if in the area: 10%

Bottom Line: The Real Deal. Great Sandwich but I can't say it surpasses the competition.
