Predominantly Western customers filled in Saigon this evening. Maybe it's the location. Maybe it's because the Western customers feel the safety and comfort of flocking with the birds of a feather.
Rare Flank and Beef Tendon Pho. Stingy on the proteins. It's an acceptable rendition but it won't capture the hearts and stomach of those who grew up on pho.
The owner seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers that showed up
