Khana Sutra - Brampton, ON

Khana Sutra is a relatively new restaurant supplanting Denny's. Business was slow this Monday evening and that made me wonder if it was the newness, the saturation of Indian restaurants in Brampton, Monday, or the community already weighed in on Khana.

Despite all the Indian food I've had, I still have difficulty remembering the names of the various dishes. But why remember when remembering is as easy as snapping a photo of the menu? Alas I didn't in this case so all I can do is give partial names.

Sampler.  Alll good. There's lamb in there somewhere.

Lamb.  Tender, moist, comforting, and with just a hint of spiciness.

Most if not all Indian food I've had to date in Brampton has been very good to excellent.  This held true with Khana Sutra. With so much competition for your hard earned Canadian dollars, the restaurants needs to have consistent excellent output to survive.
