House Special. Porchetta Sandwich with truffle sauce, Parmesan cheese, mustard & hot sauce. Fresh, flavorful, bright, with an uncommon but so treasured texture provided via the cracklings. I attacked it with alacrity and speed. It ranks in the Top 20 maybe even Top 10 sandwhiches that I've had. 4.75 stars.
The hipster doled a stingy portion of porchetta. For the money, he should have been plenty more generous.
