Just about any buffet that's lived long and continues to prosper in the GTA means it serves good food at a reasonable price.  Just about any long lived buffet in the GTA is better than most buffets in smaller metros.

It's uncanny how Asian either lack or lose etiquette find buffets as this.

Metro is stingy with the proteins and slow to refill

Overall decent but not top notch for the GTA although it would be top notch in smaller metros. Yhe price is high for the selection but discounted on Tuesdays.  I wouldn't pay full price for what's offered.
