John’s has a reputation of great roast pork, especially a candied pork belly version that’s off the menu board.
We ordered the standard roast pork and char sui. Both were excellent, above average for the GTA.
As for service, the say baht poh condescendingly asked you're buying “only”half pound of each? I’m doing you a favor buying your leftovers you didn't sell for the day! All I want is a taste to see if the food meets the hype.
