Sure, buffets are the Rodney Dangerfields of the restaurant world but sometimes nothing but volume will satisfy. I'm not fortunate enough to be in buffet capitol of the world Las Vegas so I make do with the ubiquitous Chinese/Asian style buffets that dot the landscape.
World Buffet does a pretty decent job for the money.

Tell the guy behind the counter which ingredients you want in your pho and he’ll prepare it "pho" you. Get it?  Good beef broth base makes for good pho and this was good.  Beef, beef ball, and beef tendon were the proteins of choice. I can't get enough of the tendons.

The items offered are mostly typical with the exception of the egg plant. The eggplant still retains its beautiful purple color fully cooked and I believe that happens only if the egg plant is deep fried. Stir frying it will cause the color to go to a weak purple brown.

If someone asked me eat here again, I would go without hesitation.
