Blucy. I didn't even think about the bun during the eat which means it was a perfect fit with the meat. Finely chopped onions in the middle if I recall correctly. Bleu cheese stuffed in the middle. The generous portion made the last few bites difficult. I'm not a fan of bleu cheese in burgers but the Blucy did good to convert me somewhat to the dark side. Half pound Angus. Just a hint of pink near the center. Price: $7. 3.75 stars.
