I was expecting Hilltop to be located at the top of a steep hill and I was expecting more of commercial building rather than house like structure.
Spanish Rice Bowl. The rice had a moderate amount of savory flavor. It was better than the shrimp which lacked seasoning. It was expensive for what it was. The menu holds promise but the execution on this dish fell well short of potential.
