Bluephies located in an office building but with exterior access serves the downtown workers for breakfast and lunch opens only during the weekdays.
Breakfast Sandwich comprises 2 fried eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and sourdough bread panini. The sourdough and the bacon are the standout components. The eggs being well cooked didn't provide the desirable oozing gold warmth but did add textural depth. Cheese is always welcome. The grocery store tomatoes are what they are which is unripe bland but provided cold contrast to the ensemble. Decent but unmemorable.
