I'm surprised Cafe Zuppina doesn't have more traffic although it did have a slow steady stream of locals who seemed to know what the restaurant is about.
Lamb Kabob comprises Lamb chops and lamb patties served with rice and veggies. The food came out in about 10 minutes. It arrived looking overall bigger and better looking than I had anticipated although I was expecting the lamb chops to be larger. The great thing though was that everything tasted better than it looked.
The lamb chops had that wonderful grilled taste yet was tender and moist. The lamb patties were savory. Both lamb items were gone all too quick. The brussel sprouts were almost sans bitterness and prepared Momofuku style. The white beans had been coated with the familiar turpentine like tasting olive oil.
I could eat food like this daily. I wish I had one like it in the neck of my woods. My only complaint is it being a little pricey.
