I frequented Panera for their sandwich and soup combinations but it had been many years since I had stopped in. The first thing I noticed was the price increase. Some of their options changed. This was the first time I stopped in for breakfast.
\\
The Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Panini at 550 high calorie count offering and also the most appealing. After a few minutes, my order was called. The sausage was steaming hot, The bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The egg was ordinary. It was decent but unspectacular semi-filling sandwich. I can't say it was worth the few extra dollars.
