The old airport is razed.

Unlike Wolfgang Puck's Express that seems to be in every other major airport I frequent, Greek goddess hot lesbian though time has taken its toll Cat Cora's eponymous establishments reside in only three airports of which one is SLC.
CCK Burger. Let's get the price out of the way: airport robbery $15 and the second most expensive burger I've had. Portland has the two best burgers I've ever had at less than this delusional price point. It better be an orgasmic experience.
The Angus beef ordered medium arrived medium well to well, dry, too lean, overworked dense, and unseasoned with a slight grilled flavor. It needed a heavy dousing of the accompanying ketchup, mustard, and mayo. The brioche bun was too dense and heavy for the patty. Mediocre, mechanical, perfunctory. Made without love. I needed a blue pill to keep it up.
It was a Red Robin or Max & Erma's quality burger unbefitting of a world class chef. It failed to live up to the shakedown price, a $7 burger at best. Cat may or may not run the show in absentia, but I expect veteran vetted staff to represent. Cat's name is on the marquee, not the staff's.
Fool me once, shame on you.
