Boston Chinatown has a plethora of Chinese restaurants and with so many to choose from it’s difficult to know where to start. We stopped at Cafe de Lulu, located down stairs. Among the patrons were two of Boston’s finest and a number of Asian families. Both excellent signs with the tope being cops have the insight on good food on their beat.
The food was more home cooked style than professional restaurant quality style you would get in a competitive Toronto Chinese restaurant. Still the food was very good and better than most non-Chinatown Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the US.
Unfortunately Lulu has one of the worst bathrooms I’ve been to in awhile. I was afraid to touch anything.
