Bosphorous is located downtown among a sea of other restaurants and where open parking spots are immediately seized. Distinguishing itself from others is that it is one of the few ethnic restaurants downtown. On this evening, Kentucky Ave was a steady stream of people at the park.
Lamb Adana Kabob is a mildly to moderately spicy semi-ground lamb dish with mild Middle Eastern flavoring. As much as I was anticipating it and wanting to be wowed, it was average. The texture of the lamb was on the rough and dry side. It was bland, lacking deeply infused flavor and missing the vibrant fresh home-cooked flavors I was anticipating.
