In this case, location hurt Yogi.
Pork Chop
Hoi Nan Chicken with Ginger Sauce on Rice. This was below par for the GTA. The chicken was too warm and lacking velvety smoothness. The rice was capable. The two dipping sauces helped the chicken along but lacked zing.
Assorted Meat Congee. This was my favorite dish of the evening. The congee was smooth, even, and flavorful. The meats were tender and nicely seasoned.
Hot Pot. The hot pot was really hot with nicely flavored chicken albeit greasy which may made for a tasty but artery clogging dish.
As mentioned, the location is less than ideal. I believe due to the location and middling preparations for the GTA, its long term survival is questionable,
