It there is such a thing as a man cave restaurant, Hero Factory would certainly rank near the top of the list. Walk in during lunch on a weekday and you'll see a sea of men in business casual in a mass food frenzy. Where are the women? The two that dared entered ordered takeout.
Italian Wedding Soup and Italian Hero. This has got to be one of the best Italian subs I've had to date beating out all the chain offerings. The only chain that comes close is Cousins and even then it's a distant second. Fresh vegetables, overflowing with quality Italian cuts, and sprinkled with oregano to let you know it's the real deal whether you like oregano or not. These are made by transplanted East Coasters who have a passion for keeping it authentic.
They have a good thing going here as long as they don't mess up.
