Hong Kong has countless good places to eat so how do you determine the best of the best establishments? Look for the restaurants with the long waiting lines. And so it was with Watami, a chain serving Japanese food.

Total cost: $205 HK or $26.60 US.
Chain restaurants sometimes serve better food than the independent restaurants. Such was the case with Watami. The food and price was excellent. It's worth a revisit.
