The menu for a first timer is menu overload. Too many choices and not enough insight. I'm surprised at the number of customers present and they all seem to be regulars and know what they want. I struggled and went with one of the standard offerings. At this point, I can't recall what I ordered.
Trying to eat healthy isn't easy when all the bad food tastes so good and the healthy food doesn't release dopamine.
