The server and cook are working on their own time. If you have a short connection, eat elsewhere.
The Brisket falls well short of award winning. No smoke ring. It's acceptable at best, not satisfying. The Mac and Cheese is salty but not flavorful. The collard greens are muted but overall the best of the three items.
