This Culver's is my least favored visited so far with the least enthusiastic and stingiest staff I've run across yet.FOD: Double Marshmallow Oreo.
The marshmallow and custard are blended into a homogeneous mix, no
variegation. The gritty texture and taste is akin to
McDonald's $1 chocolate soft serve but at a $2.39 sticker price.
The positive is the crispy fresh bits of Oreo cookie.
