Korean style fried chicken makes its mark and continues to expand albeit at a slower pace now.
Combo Half Soy Half Spicy. The Spicy has enough kick to more than tickle but not scald the tongue. It lacks deep flavor. The Soy has sweet overtones which I typically don't like but in this case, I prefer the Soy over the Spicy. The Soy overall has a richer, deeper, and more complex if simple flavor that's comforting.
