I continue my quest to eat at every sit down restaurant in the O'Hare domestic terminals. I've walked by this restaurant many times but other restaurants had more appeal. Will my perception be proven right?
Sweet Pear and Chicken Panini with chopped walnuts, pepper jack cheese, and smoky chipotle mayo. I like the pears as it is different. The chicken is typical soaked in brine with a spongy texture. I don't recall tasting any walnuts. The panini has little in the way of heat from either the pepper jack or mayo. The bread is the best part of this sandwich. It's Midwest bland and hardly representative of what I think of as Chicago food. In baseball parlance, the food hit a single.
