Diamond Jamboree Shopping Center offers an overflow of Asian restaurants. It's best described a large strip mall with young hip wealthier Asians looking for food beyond the traditional Asian fare.
Spicy Tuna Bibimbop with Purple Rice is a signature dish. I like the tuna that isn't that spicy but just a few drops of the fiery red sauce on the side spikes the heat. This is a classic traditional taste well executed.
The waitress is enthusiastic, energetic, and on the ball. Perfunctory need not apply.
