Cemita Atomica. It's got everything.
Carne Enchilda, Milanesa, and Jamon. I love the sesame crunchy crusted bread. I could eat that by itself. It's not that the sandwich is too big; I need a larger mouth for all this goodness. The first few bites remind me of Ricobene's breaded steak sandwich. Think that texture and flavor meat. Of course the sandwich is more with the other meats and cheese. They provide three salsas: green, red, and smoked chipotle. I liked them all and I settled in on the red as my favorite. Using the salsa bumps up the goodness of the Atomica to the next level. 4.5 stars.
