While located in Chicago metro, I still expected this to be better than the typical Chinese American restaurant peppering the landscapes of large US cities sans Chinatowns. Fabulous noodles offers a mix of Chinese American and an impressive number of authentic Chinese fare.
Fried Pork Chops and Beef Brisket. The pork chops are a leaner dryer cut. The spiciness isn't up to the typical level for the dish. The brisket is also a leaner dryer cut needing more time to tenderize and flavors to soak to the core.
Fabulous Noodle puts out acceptable versions but not up to par with Chicago Chinatown restaurants. Still what they do put out probably put them in the elite group of Chinese restaurants in Denver.
Service is above average for a Chinese restaurant.
