Quarter Slab Ribs. Dry St. Louis didn't do much for me. The ribs are quality near fall off the bone tender, mildly flavored, and needing BBQ sauce to give it a kick.  3 stars

Tennessee Beef Brisket with Greens. The brisket cut is quality from  the lean flat but the slices run thin. The brisket has mild smoke and mild flavors. It's as if it has just a dash of salt and pepper to keep the taste of the beef pure. The brisket is tender and has maintained juiciness. The brisket did need BBQ sauce to provide zing. The Greens are also mild lacking the flavors I anticipated. 3 stars.
