The competition is fierce.  This place seems to do well with the traffic but can it survive in the long run?

 

The Beef Chow Fun is greasy good and loaded with a wok hay punch. If only I could duplicate it at home.

The Har Gow and Chicken Feet are very capable and competitive.

These standards are also very good.

The wait staff make themselves scarce which can be bad when you need something. The dim sum overall is very good.
