Moo Frites has the reputation around town as serving the best fries or second best, depending on who you listen to. Moo does only one thing and that's fries and variation on the theme.

Belgian Frites regular size.  These were made to order, arriving about 5 minutes after ordering. And it was fully worth the wait and then some.  If not the best I've had, then it is very near the top of the list. Hot, crispy exterior, creamy but not too fluffy interior, beefy flavor, texturally perfect. The frites alone were well seasoned but tasted that much better with the traditional Belgian based mayonnaise sauce.

I arrived at Moo with hopeful but low expectations. Moo Frites lived up to if not exceeded expectations.  Moo is a picture perfect model of doing only one thing and doing it well. Extremely well. Categorize these frites under evanescent.
