Elverson is located in a historic building, the former Blue Rock Hotel circa 1860. The pop owner has an excellent memory with orders and the mom owner was most congenial.
The cheesesteak in ingredients, appearance, taste, and microchopped meat texture even down to it's saltiness feels identical to the cheesesteak produced at AJ's down the road. Except for the saltiness, this is one fine cheesesteak.
